World Heritage Yakusugi with fine annual rings

Yakusugi trees are very old. Generally, cedar trees are said to be 500 years old, but Yakusugi trees are extraordinarily old. Trees over 1000 years old are called Yakusugi, and those under 100 years old are called Kosugi.

As you know, Yakusugi is also a World Heritage. We have made this rosary from this World Heritage Yakusugi.
We can only process fallen Yakusugi trees from the World Heritage sites, so we made these from fallen trees.

One of the characteristics of Yakusugi is that it has very fine annual rings compared to other trees such as sandalwood, which attracts people to see it. Also, as is the case with all trees, the more you use it as a characteristic of the tree, the deeper the color becomes.

I think that if you add a deep color to the fine pattern of Yakusugi's annual rings, you will become more and more attached to it.

Also, how about giving it as a gift to your grandparents, with the hope that they will live a long life, based on the longevity of the Yakusugi tree? Since it is a rosary made of wood, it can be worn by people of any age.

It is also said that even if you just carry the rosary as a talisman, it will protect you from misfortune, so it would make a great gift as a talisman.

This time, we have also made this Yakusugi rosary using the very popular tiger's eye stone.

Tiger's eye stone is a popular natural stone whose patterns appear to float and whose reflections of light look like streaks. Among them, the characteristic of this yellow tiger's eye stone is that it emits streaks of light with a dull color, like marble.

It is said to be good for improving your luck in money and work, and is popular among working people.

We hope you will use it for a long time and enjoy the changes in the color of the Yakusugi stone. ・Main ball: Diameter approx. 2.0cm (tiger's eye stone)
