$544.00 USD

We have made a charoite out of the Yakusugi cedar, a World Heritage Site.

This time, we have made a charoite out of the Yakusugi cedar, which is also popular in our area, and prepared it as one of the three major healing stones.

As you can tell from the name "healing stone," it is said to have strong healing powers and a very strong purifying effect.

There are two theories about the name charoite: one is that it was discovered in the Charo River basin in Siberia, and the other is that it was named after the Russian word "Charo" (meaning to seduce).
It was officially recognized as charoite in 1978, due to many years of research by mineralogist Bella Rogova.

Yakusugi is
Generally, cedar trees are said to be 500 years old, but Yakusugi is extremely long, and trees that are over 1000 years old are called Yakusugi, while those that are under 100 years old are called Kosugi.

As you know, Yakusugi is a World Heritage Site.

Since only fallen trees can be processed from Yakusugi, we made this from a fallen tree.
One of the characteristics of Yakusugi is that it has very fine annual rings,
which attracts people who see it.
Also, as is the case with all trees,
the more you use it, the deeper the color will become.
I think that if you add a deep color to the fine pattern of Yakusugi's annual rings,
you will grow to love it more and more.
