Men's prayer beads, Sandalwood, 1.2 shaku, Shingon sect, Sodalite finish

$218.00 USD
Sandalwood is a Japanese tree, and the beautiful grain of the wood is a key point.
It has a slight scent of wood, so you can enjoy not only the appearance but also the scent.

The more you use wooden prayer beads, the deeper the color becomes and the more flavorful they become, which is very interesting.

The prayer beads shown here are made with sodalite as the heavenly and parent beads.
The deep blue background of sodalite is beautifully mixed with the unique white pattern, creating a beautiful color.

★About the sect
Regarding Shingon Buddhist prayer beads, one theory is that they were the first to bring prayer beads to Japan.
Therefore, the shape is very similar to the formal prayer beads that are used by all eight sects.
The shape is often a red string passing through two tassels on the front and back.
The prayer beads carried on pilgrimages are also slightly longer versions of the Shingon Buddhist prayer beads.
