Kazuru incense burner

This is an iron incense burner made by Takaoka Copperware, an art and craft with a gorgeous pattern of cranes engraved on the entire surface. A traditional craftsman, a metal engraver, hand-carves the body of the incense burner, and then finishes it with gold, silver, and plating based on the sensibility of the engraver. It is true craftsmanship that transforms a plain incense burner into a vibrant incense burner. This is an incense burner with carved metal patterns created by traditional craft artist Hiroshi Sano.
