Wooden prayer beads with a serene atmosphere

The tree used for these prayer beads was planted in the outer gardens of Jingu Shrine, and since the end of the Edo period, it was located at Rokudo-no-tsuji, about 400m south of the current location, so it is a rare tree also known as "Rokudo-ki".

The tree is also known by the colloquial name "Nanjamonja", and it blooms white flowers around May, and when in full bloom, it looks as if snow has piled up on the branches.

It is one of the famous attractions of the outer gardens of Jingu Shrine.

These prayer beads are made of Rokudo-ki, which has been cut into an orthodox round shape,

and shaped to create a serene atmosphere.

The transparent color of the crystal has a refreshing feel.
