Despite its size, amber is remarkably light, making it an easy, comfortable choice even in the larger beads typical of men's prayer beads. Each bead here retains a certain softness of surface that draws the eye. Amber is prized as a material universally recognized as precious, giving the wearer an immediate air of quality even to those unfamiliar with the stone. This strand also contains natural glitter inclusions -- tiny pockets of ancient air trapped as the resin fossilized into amber over tens of thousands of years, catching the light with an almost otherworldly sparkle. Offered at roughly a quarter to a fifth the price of natural blue or green amber, in a light brown and dark brown cord tassel. Limited to a single piece.
