Men's prayer beads, Jindai cedar, 100cm, Hokke, Nichiren sect, Lapis lazuli finish

$529.00 USD
"Jindai cedar" refers to cedar that was buried in volcanic ash during a volcanic eruption thousands of years ago and became semi-fossilized without decaying.
It would take as long as 2000 years for it to become that quiet color.

A characteristic of Jindai cedar is that it is yellow when the log is split, but then,
it turns blue when exposed to air and finally changes to this calm gray-brown color.

The more you use it, the more it will fit your hand, and the deeper and shinier the color of the beads will become.
The longer you use it, the more interesting and fun it is to see how it develops its own character and changes, which is a great thing about wood.
It will become a rosary that you will love even more as your own possession.

These beads are made with lapis lazuli as the top and main beads.
Lapis lazuli, along with quartz crystal, is a natural stone that is considered to be the oldest and most powerful power stone.
