While the longan bodhi seed displays a three-eyed pattern and the phoenix-eye bodhi seed a single eye, the Buddha's-eye bodhi seed is marked with a distinctive five-pointed, star-shaped pattern. Over time, natural oils within the seed gradually deepen its color toward a beautiful amber tone, growing more distinctive in texture the more it is worn and cared for. This piece pairs the bodhi seed with Dushan jade, prized in China for its smooth, glossy texture as a fine jade in its own right.
