Super Seven is a stone containing seven distinct minerals from its earliest raw form: quartz, amethyst, cacoxenite, goethite, lepidocrocite, smoky quartz, and rutile. It is mined at the Espirito Santo deposit in Brazil and is said to carry healing properties; because it was identified by researcher A. Melody, it is sometimes also called Melody's Stone. Production volumes are quite limited, making it a genuinely rare material, and large beads suitable for men's prayer beads are rarer still, as sourcing raw stone large enough to carve is especially difficult. This piece was carved by craftsmen who worked a large raw stone down over the course of ten years, and is likely to be the rarest rosary we've ever offered.
