The hibi series was created through the collaboration of two long‑established crafts in Hyogo Prefecture: incense making on Awaji Island and match production in the Harima region. By combining these traditions, hibi transforms incense into a familiar, easy‑to‑use form that fits naturally into daily routines.

Once lit, the flame transfers briefly to the incense before being extinguished. The fragrance then spreads softly with restrained smoke, offering a light and approachable aromatic presence rather than an overpowering scent.
