When that single marking naturally develops into three, the result is called Dragon Eye bodhi seed, named for the three-eyed dragon of legend. Dragon Eye seeds occur only as a natural mutation of Phoenix-Eye seeds, appearing in roughly 20 to 30 percent of any given harvest, making them genuinely scarce.
